Title: Chemical Control of Green Mould Aspergillus fumigatus on Beds of Chinese Mushroom at Faisalabad, Pakistan
Authors: S.M. Khan and A. Khattoon
The straw/Chinese mushroom cultivation was started in Pakistan in 1978 on experimental basis and since 1980 on semi-commercial lines. A green mould problem was faced on paddy-straw beds. The fungus did not affect the yield of mushrooms but may produce some aflatoxin in the crop. The present investigation was undertaken to find out a suitable chemical control of the green mould. Guleria and Seth (1977) evaluated some chemicals against Cephalothecium infecting mushroom beds. Please login to download the PDF for this proceeding.
