Title: Effect of Various Growth Hormones on the Basidiospores Germination of Pholiota destruens (Brond) Gillet.

Abstract:

Basidiospores serve, both as initial and the final stages in the development of fungi. They are also associated with sexual reproduction and the morphological and metabolic controls. At the same time they are embryonic in function to the extent that they retain the capacity for rapid and sustained growth. Such developmental versatility and the important role that spores play in nature, make them a favoured object of research.
