Abstract:
White oyster mushrooms are an only one in a group of oyster mushrooms that have good economic prospects in Indonesia. They are easy to cultivate, good adaptation with hot climate of Indonesia and good acceptable by people due to their own white color. The farmers use different unknown sources of commercially isolates to cultivate without knowing of isolate capacity in fruiting body production and the nutritional contents. The objective of this research is to give the farmers the information about isolates which are best on production and nutrition.
